Developed By famous Architect Hafeez Contractor, The Universal Majectic Building is a 17-storey tower located in the heart of the City of Mumbai. It provides space of the very highest quality for commercial, retail and restaurant use, which reflects the demands of the modern City of Mumbai occupiers.  Additionally, it provides two levels of trading floors and a high-quality public realm at Ground level. The building comprises a number of distinct architectural elements that provide a legible expression of its constituent parts. These elements include the primary Glazed Wall, the ladder frame Stone Wall and Cosmetic Features

Key Facts and Challenges

• The combination of various elements and offset panel, placement and sequencing of floor height panels were done with a highly monitored panel delivery, lifting and installation process to offer floor by floor handover.
