Project Summary

Located at the very heart of the Garden City of India "Bangalore", less than 100m from UB City, Kingfisher Towers, Marriot Hotel, Vishweshwarya Musuem and many other landmark Offices, SKAV Seethalakhsmi` embodies a vision of what constitutes modern, high density, urban living. At 22 storeys, the impressive form will accommodate High End Luxury Apartments, Office Spaces, leisure centre and Retail Store. Concepted by Onarch Architects and developed by SKAV developers, the building stands out boasting an unconventional form and shape. The modern facade is careful blend of Glass and Zinc Metal Panels.

Key Facts and Challenges

• The geometry, shape and tall height of the structure itself was challenging feat in itself.
• To construct the façade safely along with ongoing civil structure required strong planning and management.
