Located in heart of Jubilee Hills, Hyderbad, this commercial development is a special project built by the renowned Phoenix Developers Hyderbad. The building, 13floors in height is made on composite steel structure. The Architecture design by esteemed RSP Architects keeping in mind the gradient topography offers a soothing tall standing view of the building from various viewpoints. The facade comprises of rich colours wherein multiple elements such as Untiised Glazed Wall combine well with integrated metal composite panels.

Key Facts and Challenges

• The façade is suppoted on Steel Structure wherein larger movement tolerances were needed.
• The tight setback area combined with parallel primary steel structure construction posed a heavy coordination challenge in a busy and congested neighbourhood area.
