Project Summary

Jacobs House, previously known as Jacob Building Andheri, is a re-development of an old office building occupied by the World famous Engineering Consultants JACOBS USA. The original structure of 7 storeys was conventional brickwall structure constructed in late 80s. The buildings sits in the commercial hub of Andheri, hence to keep up with the surrounding and regenrate modernism, the structure of the tower and terrace has been re-clad with a modern, high-performance façade system.

• Semi Untised Façade.
• Horzontal Aerofoil Fins.
• Metal Composite Cladding.
• Glass Canopies.

Key Facts and Challenges

• JACOBS, owning to their quality and safety standards had tremedous expectations from us to deliver a state of the art product with superlative quality without any slightest of tolerance towards unsafe practises whatsoever.
• The façade being retrofit had unique challenges mainly for safe passage and lifting of large panels to location for fixing.
• The same was accomplised by usage of cutom built scaffold system designed and built especially for the respective project
