Rising 14 storeys, the ultra-modern Bitwise Terra Tower stand out as a new icon on the Pune city skyline. Vertical Fins, Expanded Mesh and Curved Glass come together in a fresh and distinctive world-class design to create an inspiration in luxury working space, inside and out. The unique and balanced architectural composition has been carefully crafted to create impressive views from every aspect of the building. Terra Tower, an Iconic structure is developed for selfuse by Global IT Firm named Bitwise Software solutions.

Key Facts and Challenges

• Curved glass and Long sized fins are the main attraction of the project.
• The challenge was to get linear aerofoil shaped fins of 400mm length single extrusions, made available in time in synochronization with imported flat glass and curved glass panels from Pilkington.
• Besides this, the top three floors is an atrium and the backing structure for the facade is our constructed skylight made out of cutom fit mild steel members.
• The installation and fixity of the side wall panels and top roof panels were tailormade high precision job with no margin for error.
